TERMS OF USE & PHASE I PARTICIPATION
Clear terms for a mission-led programme.
These terms describe the public participation framework for Phase I. Any approved business receives the applicable onboarding, domain, hosting, contribution and delivery details before a contribution is requested or development begins.
Participation frameworkSubmitting an application is a request to participate. It is not automatic approval, a government endorsement or a guarantee of website delivery.
Phase I eligibility
Phase I is intended for legitimate businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates. Eligibility, verification requirements, campaign capacity and any partner-specific criteria may affect whether an application proceeds.
Phase I support
For eligible approved participants, Phase I is intended to provide professional website development at AED 0 and initial digital consultancy at AED 0. The AED 399 business contribution is for domain and hosting under the Phase I model.
When the contribution is requested
The initial application does not collect the AED 399 contribution. If a business is verified and approved, the contribution is requested only after the domain and hosting arrangement is confirmed. The applicable hosting period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms must be shown to the participant before the contribution is requested.
Business responsibilities
The applicant must provide accurate business and contact information, have authority to apply for the business, cooperate with verification where required, and provide lawful text, images, branding and other materials needed for an approved website.
Website scope & approval
The approved-business onboarding confirms the Phase I website scope, content requirements, revision and approval process, supported languages where applicable, domain arrangement, hosting period and handover process before development begins.
Future phases
Automation, AI, intelligent systems and sustainability services form part of the long-term mission pathway. They are not automatically included in Phase I website support unless separately and expressly confirmed.
Institutional references
References to Chambers, public strategies, government programmes, SDGs or policy context do not imply sponsorship, recognition, accreditation or endorsement unless a formal relationship has been approved and clearly announced.
Acceptable use
Users must not submit fraudulent information, impersonate another business, interfere with website security, misuse application infrastructure or upload content that infringes rights or applicable law.
Changes & programme capacity
The mission may update application procedures, eligibility criteria, technical delivery methods or programme capacity as operations evolve. Material changes affecting approved participants should be communicated through the applicable participation terms.
